Staying outdoors during the summer is something quite normal especially among the young and the young at heart. The problem here, however, is that sometimes, the sun can be a little bit too much especially for people with skin that’s too white and too sensitive that they barely have any tolerance to heat. If you want to avoid getting heat exhaustion or even the more serious condition of sunstroke, the best way to avoid them is to stay in the shade. But if that’s not an option for you, then perhaps it’s best to accessorize. That’s right, dressing up or dressing appropriately, rather, will help you stay away from those harmful rays of the sun.
Putting on things like hats or comfortable clothing like silk and cotton that’s breathable will help you cover up while feeling comfortable at the same time. The enemy here, is the sun, and the best way to beat it is to make sure that you get as much skin covered up. Your head is also very important, and that’s precisely why you should be wearing a hat when you’re out and about. Nothing here has to be restrictive nor conservative, you can wear stylish hats or cover-ups for your swimwear that will help you protect your skin from the sun. On the other hand, you can apply sunblock to the other parts of your body left exposed to make sure that you don’t get sunburn as well. A nice SPF 50 should do it.
